Histon & Impington Croquet Club
Croquet is a fascinating and challenging game that requires skill and tactics rather than strength, and so can be played by men, women, young and old of all abilities – but most of all it is great fun. The croquet season starts in April and extends through the year until September. The Histon & Impington Croquet Club has 2 croquet courts on the Recreation Ground (allowing up to 16 to play at the same time) and plays regular club sessions on the following days:
Mon 2-5pm: U3A Croquet course (for University of the Third Age Members)
Tues 2-5pm: Open Club Session for more experienced players (typically singles games)
Wed 2-5pm: Open Club Session all welcome
Thur 2-5pm: Open Club Session all welcome
The croquet courts are also available for members for ad hoc games in the evenings and from 11am on weekends.
